• Any notes you send us (gate codes, parking notes, etc.)

• Show up at the right place at the right time to perform the service you booked
• Contact you if we need to confirm details, reschedule, or reach you on the day of service
• Keep a simple record of past appointments for our own scheduling

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information to anyone.
• We don't share it with third parties for marketing.
• We don't send marketing emails or texts unless you specifically ask us to.

How your information is stored

Your booking information is stored in our booking system, which is hosted on standard managed cloud infrastructure. Access is limited to the shop owner and authorized staff.

Deleting your information

You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Just contact us using the phone number or email on our contact page and let us know — we'll remove your booking history from our records.

Managing a specific booking

When you book with us, we give you a unique link to view and cancel that specific appointment without needing an account. Anyone with that link can view and cancel the booking, so keep it private.
