Terms of Service

These are the simple, honest terms for using this site and booking service with Halogen Detailing. By booking, you agree to the following.

The service

We provide mobile headlight restoration. Our technician comes to the address you provide during a scheduled 1-hour window and restores both headlight lenses on the vehicle you booked for.

Booking and cancellation

• Please provide accurate contact and vehicle info so we can find you and complete the job.
• You can cancel your appointment any time using the manage link you received when you booked.
• If you need to reschedule, please cancel and rebook a new time slot.
• We may cancel or reschedule for weather, safety, or unexpected issues; we'll contact you if that happens.

What we need from you on the day

• A flat, shaded spot where we can safely park and work on the vehicle.
• Access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.
• A working outlet is helpful but not always required.

Payment

Payment is due on completion. We accept cash or card unless otherwise agreed. Prices shown on the site apply at the time of booking.

Results and expectations

Headlight restoration significantly improves clarity for most lenses. Results depend on the condition of the lens — severe internal damage, cracks, or moisture inside the headlight assembly cannot be fixed by restoration. If we don't think we can improve your headlights meaningfully, we'll tell you before starting.

Liability

We take reasonable care with your vehicle. Halogen Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage caused by conditions we couldn't reasonably know about (for example, an already-cracked lens failing during polishing). If something goes wrong because of our work, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version always lives on this page.
